Your base monthly fee includes your private apartment and the following services and amenities

• 24 hour a day staffing
• Private apartment rental and utilities (telephone and cable are additional cost)
• Three home-cooked meals a day served in our dining room
• Meal trays delivered when you are ill
• 24-hour staffing and a nightly room check
• A licensed nursing Resident Care Director to communicate and act as a liaison between families, residents, pharmacies and physicians
• Emergency response neck or wrist pendant so help is available wherever you are in the building, in our parking lot or on our walking path
• Scheduled transportation to the doctor, bank, shopping and other errands
• Social and recreational programs
• Weekly housekeeping and linen service
• Weekly blood pressure and weight checks
• Free delivery by Neighborhood Pharmacy of prescription medications, over-the counter items such as aspirin and cold medicines and assistive devices such as walkers and canes
• Fire alarms and sprinkler system
• Apartment general maintenance
• Walking path

• Personal laundry, additional housekeeping
• Room trays when a resident isn’t ill
• Hair salon and barber services
• Therapeutic massage therapy
• Telephone and Cable TV, internet access
• Hearing aide repairs by a hearing aide technician

Personal care and supportive services available at an additional cost

• Personal care services such as bathing reminders or showering assistance, dressing, personal hygiene and escort services
• Supportive services such as medication reminders and monitoring and assistance with colostomy care, oxygen therapy, TED hose, pacemaker checks, blood glucose monitoring, prosthesis assistance
